Our Return Policy

At L’Atmosphère, we take great care in curating meaningful pieces for your home and wardrobe. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy varies slightly depending on the item type and origin, as noted below.


GENERAL RETURNS

Returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation. We’ll gladly accept unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, as follows:

-Returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to the original form of payment.

-Returns requested after 14 days are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

-Refunds exclude original shipping charges.

-All returns must be mailed back and cannot be accepted in person.

-Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

-All handmade jewelry and accessories (Amber + Clay collection)

-Items marked “Final Sale”

-Custom or made-to-order items

-Sale items purchased with an additional discount


HANDMADE COLLECTION (AMBER + CLAY)

Each item in our Amber + Clay collection is lovingly handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of these pieces, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, please email amberclaycollections@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo(s), and we’ll do our best to make it right.


CURATED BY L’ATMOSPHÈRE

Some pieces in our home and lifestyle collection are fulfilled directly by our trusted artisan and studio partners.

-Return eligibility and timeframes may vary depending on the partner. You’ll find specific return information on the product page and in your order confirmation.

-Most eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.

-A prepaid return label may be included with your order or issued upon request.

-Items fulfilled by our partners cannot be returned in person or sent back to L’Atmosphère’s main address.

FURNITURE & LARGE DÉCOR ITEMS

We partner with makers and studios that offer made-to-order and oversized décor items, including furniture. Due to their nature, special return considerations apply:

-Furniture may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in saleable condition.

-Items must be shipped back via our delivery partner and cannot be returned in person.

-Restocking fees and additional return delivery costs may apply. These will be clearly stated on the product page or during return processing.

-For furniture or oversized items delivered via UPS, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. For white glove deliveries, the delivery team should contact us before leaving your home to report any visible concerns.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases within 10 days of the original purchase date. A valid receipt or order number is required. Price adjustments do not apply to items marked down or purchased with promotional discounts.


GIFT RETURNS

Returning a gift?
If you received a gift from L’Atmosphère, please reach out with the order number (if available) or the purchaser’s name/email. We’ll be happy to offer store credit or help coordinate an exchange, depending on item eligibility.


REPORTING ISSUES OR MISSING ITEMS

All product-related concerns — including missing or damaged items — must be reported within 15 days of the shipping date. Please contact us at amberclaycollections@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
